I am an experienced senior manager with 25 years of experience in a variety of roles. These include third party vendor management, operations, salesforce performance & resourcing, product/proposition development, risk & standards management, marketing, strategic development, sales/distribution and IT infrastructure management.
During 15 years managing third party outsourcing I have consistently turned challenging vendor relationships into optimised and successful partnerships.
I believe in a progressive management style, taking a pragmatic approach which prioritises high quality delivery and exceptional customer service above frantic delivery timescales and stress. I encourage my team and coachees to act intuitively, giving them a culture and environment where they can learn from their successes and their mistakes. I believe this is an approach which supports their ability to advance professionally.
I am an occasional guest lecturer on the Business Management programme at Winchester University, am physically active (running/badminton/football) and play an active role in my community as the Treasurer for my local community association and an organiser for my local running club.
I live near Southampton and have three children.
