Recommendations

Charlie is great to work with and always has time for you. He’s extremely motivated and has a lot of expertise in coaching and mentoring. He’s always good at helping you think outside the box and always wanting you to do well. He’s great to talk to and has helped me a lot over the last year. Thanks again Charlie for all your help & support and look forward to continuing our working relationship.

I’ve worked with Charlie many years and I couldn’t have met a nicer manager. He allowed me to develop, grow and took a punt on me when others did not. The feedback he provides can be direct but uplifting, as he’s true, honest and constructive.

Charlie was key in my transition to a more senior management role, providing counsel and advice but also support and recognition. I learned many things from him but I think his two greatest gifts were teaching me how to manage a meeting with providers and stakeholders, and helping me through a particularly difficult emotional time at work and in my personal life with compassion but also wisdom.
